97 Radio Theft Lock Code

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I dont know how to search for old threads. But my 4runner was broken into and my aftermarket radio was stolen this weekend. I want to put my old OEM radio in there but it is asking me for a security code. I called the dealer and they want to charge me to correct the problem. Does anyone know what it is? How to program it in?

Serial # 121325
Manufactured by Matsushita Communication

Does anyone have the unlock codes?
