There really is no magic bullet thats cheap and will give you very noticeable speed gains.

CAI will make you feel like you are going faster, same with an exhaust...

If you dont have an EX/SI model, dont even bother. Spend your time, and money on something else... because speed wont come cheap.

yea i figured as much, i do have the ex, but not an si. I do have around a thousand to spend on it so it isnt like im struggling but i didnt really want to spend more than 2K total project

basic bolts ons (intake, header, exhaust) and nitrous and youll be happy.
