I just got a civic a few months ago and everything is fine with it (came with body kit, shaved door handles, chrome headlights/taillights, remote-open doors, viper security system...got it all for 2500 just b/c the car didnt have a paint job) but i have just one issue....I dont just want my car to look good. I want it to sound good too. It came with a stock muffler/exhaust. It sounds good already from a few under-the-hood modifications. The problem is my exhaust is way up under the car and not where most are at the back. mine is a little further up and in there. I bought a 3A racing muffler/exhaust to get started with and then found out that if I installed it, it would just be way up in the car. I want people to hear and see my exhaust to the fullest extent. I just wanted to know if anyone knew how I could lower my muffler and get it more toward the back so I could have it just right. A guy at AutoZone suggested Plaxiwire. Anyone know if this could help??? Thanks in advance!

ugh...it pains me that you want this, but, you asked for it....
most folks (in my experience watching/hearing, not experiencing) most folks like the apex-i and grredy for sound...I think they all sound like a fart.
when you're out and about, and hear a civic with a sound you want, ask the person how they did it, then do that. the best sound is going to come from a full intake and exhaust system and not just slapping on a fart can. CAI, header, high flow cat and resonator, and high flow muffler.
I would suggest order some of the parts you want on-line then find some mom and pop muffler shop to help with some custom piping and putting it all together...unless you know how to weld and have a pipe bender.
then please don't slam on the gas in my neighborhood.
