H2 doesnt idle smooth

:uhoh: Hi guy. Last month i trade my impala and got H2. What i notice is engine doesnt idle smooth. What can cause it? I chackd ALLDATA and it says that throtle body is dirty. How can i clean it? And what i should check besides this all? Cause i dont know what owner before me did with this car? H2,2003, 48000. What on this milage should be changed or serviced?
