2001 Siverado 2wd Extcab

My silverado has a low speed stalling problem, turning into a parking lot or space it will just stall, I throw it into (N) start it back up and proceed (w/caution). This probem happens only at very low speed and it seems only when I turn the stearing wheel, also happened today backing out of a parking space. Any ideas, comments would be helpful.

I remember seeing a post about this before. Someone suggested that it may be due to the power steering pump not functioning correctly and requiring too much engine power at low speeds. If it happens when the steering wheel is turned full-lock, it probably has something to do with the power steering pump. Not sure the exact cause though, maybe try doing a search.
