Speaker replacement

I just bought a 1999 Chrysler Concorde LXi. I love this car! Unfortunately, the speakers in the front door panels seem to be blown. How do I replace them? I've only had a quick look, and it seems a bit tricky. Any suggestions before I risk it?

I expected more than 3 views/day and a response as I doubt this is that rare. Never mind. I'll take it to a stereo shop. So much for hoping this forum might save me a few bucks.

just pry up the front panel with a flathead or prybar or something, and get to the speakers.
