:shakehead Hello, I have a 2003 T&C. I parked it last week and it hasn't turned on since. I've changed the starter. To no avail. I've changed the battery, still dead. I've changed the ignition switch still doing nothing. I've changed relays and no response. When I turn the ignition to run the relays just click. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks

Maybe a little more information:
1. Do the interior lights come on when you open the door?
2. If you put the ignition switch in ACC postition will the radio come on?
3. Will the headlights come on?
4. Do you have a voltmeter and know how to use it?
5. What relays did you change?

Did you check the "neutral safety switch"? Your starter won't engage if this has failed "open" or it is misadjusted.

With the voltmeter, check the battery voltage.
If the new battery was not charged before you installed it, I would disconnect one of the terminals and put a charger on it for a few hours. Make sure the terminals are clean before you hook it back up.
Remove the battery charger then and give it a whirl.
Let us know how it goes.

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you. i do apologize. The battery was charged. It would not turn on. I changed the ignition switch but still will not turn on. Disconnected the computer and reconnected the computer, it then turned on for a while but began to heat up pretty bad. also i'm wondering, i have a sentry key for the ignition and when i try to turn on the van the alarm bulb light stays on, could it be the sentry key? thanks for your reply. By the way we also put a scanner on it and it reads "no codes"

??? Sentry keys were optional equipment on caravans since 2001. If you have chrysler product with a grey plastic key or a red dot that lights up on the dash it is equipped with an immobilizer key.
