Steering box interchange?

My 92 K2500 has a really slow steering ratio. This is my first truck ever, I'm used to driving big old cars, but in all the years of driving cars, never have I had a ratio this slow, and that includes my current 68 Pontiac which I'm going to switch to a 70's Trans Am Box as the 68 doesn't even have variable ratio steering, but at least it's much quicker than the truck. My Hollander interchange ends at 1985, so I don't know what fits. Do newer trucks have quicker ratios? My buddies 2004 Yukon seems to steer just like any of my bigger cars. Or will one of the big 70's full size car/truck boxes fit. My 73 4dr hardtop Centurion can turn on a dime.

A lot of the quicker steering was accomplished by using a longer pitman arm.
The saginaw power steering pitman arms interchange and an inch will make a lot of difference if you have the room to swap it.
