Flashing the ECU

hey,
Im trying to figure out the best way to turbo my 97 civic and flash the ecu.
i've heard that its best to replace my OBD2 cumputer with an OBD1. is it still
possible to flash an OBD2 and have the engine run correctly? and if it is, what do i need to flash the ECU?

i dont think you flash your ecu. spoon and mugen make chips that go in your ecu. but thats all i've heard of for your ecu.

just turbo it and get an o2 simulator and be happy.
