trans/throttle problem?

I have a 96 eagle talon tsi awd turbo, well i cant tell if it is my throttle body not working or is my trans going bad,

I check the trans fluid it look ok, color is still nice, doesn't smell burn.

ok when i drive it it seem ok, but sometime when i punch the gas pedal all the way down, it seem to studder then pick back up.

Can someone give me some comment.

Spark plugs. Put in the stock NGKs and you'll be fine, do NOT use platinum, turbos + platinum = bad.
