95 intrepid- tranny

I have a 95 intrepid. Shifts good into 1st and 2nd gear, but won't shift into 3rd. Does anyone have any ideas or had the same prpblem?

if your check engine light is on... you have a dropped tranny. Even if it isn't you prob do.... it's in "Limp Home" mode. you will need a new tranny 99%... they will hook it up to a computer and read things and then tell u that u need a tranny.

200.00 used, up to 2000.00 for rebuild. Most of the time it is just a sensor, either input or output. Get a scan done, see what there is for codes.
