vtec questions

ok i know you guys dont like to repeat yourselfs but what vtec head will fit on to my sohc non vtec ZC, also will i need to rewire for the ecu. already have mpfi just want to know what goes into the project cause i would like a bit more power out of the civic i know it woldnt be much of a gain but i dont have the money to go turbo or any of that jazz. thanks for any help. finally got the civic running again found a buddy of mine who does computer work for a living so got 3 ecus fixed for free. very happy to have the civic running again but in my downtime i picked up a subaru svx and that has left me wanting more power in the civc.
