97 sebring convertable top wont open / close

it worked the other day

i let some1 borrow it

now when i try to push the button to take the top down i hear a clicking noise by my power window switches and it doesnt move at all

????????

is there a fuse or something i could check i couldnt find it

If there is a clicking sound, I'm pretty sure you have power. There is a
pump located directly behind the back seat that moves tranny fluid to cylinders on each side of the car (thus raising & lowering the top).
It sounds like the pump may not be doing its job. If you hear a whirring
noise and nothing happens, then there is a hydraulic leak (like what happened
on mine).
