Veyron, Can it really do 253mph?

I found this clip, big fan of the show, and the decided to test the top speed to see what it can really accomplish. I found it interesting, that the tires will only last for 15 min at the top speed, but no worries, you'll run out of gas 3 min before that happens.

yeah. if you race a mclaren F1 vs a veyron 0-200mph, give the F1 a 120mph head start, the bugatti will still win.

ya i know, pretty amazing car, still perfer the Koenigsegg thought.

There's a cool clip from Top Gear of Clarkson having to drive a Veryon from like France to London in the time Hammond and that other guy can fly a plane to London. Its on peekvid.com if you guys want to find it.

But I'd rather have a Koenigseggkamdgakgjakg or a F1 LM over a Veryon. 4300lbs for a supercar is ridiculous.

of course its removed when i want to see it.......

Why can't American car shows come REMOTELY close to the quality that Top Gear gives? I mean just the whole presentation sucks your eyeballs in.


Edit: You know, although I think a F1 LM looks a million times better, I think I've finally been convinced that if money were no object, I'd rather have a Veyron just because of how insane the technology and engineering are that went into that car. I'm still amazed. Thank god for Top Gear.

well in the veyron you can go fast, comfortable. in the f1 you can go fast, uncomfortable. just imagine yourself taking long roads trips in each car, which one would you rather want?

the mclaren would be fun with a track as a backyard, otherwise its the veyron all day everyday
