2002 Dakota remote starter

I have 2002 dakota club cab with 5.9L V8. I am interested in installing a remote car starter system. Many of them come with alarm systems, door locks, etc. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has installed any systems on their Dakota. What brand did you get? How hard to install? Any issues with the factory security system?
