I am seeing "Real Mugen Shift Boots" appearing on eBay. One seller claims that they are 100% real mugen while another says in his auctions that he's not sure if the are 100% real mugen, however, he ordered Type R shift boots from a distributor and got these. I have never seen real Mugen shift boots before and they are not on the King's Motorsports website. From what I see in the pictures, they look very high quality. What do you guys think? You think they are real?

Damn, I want one but they look pricey. It would go good with my MUGEN shift knob ($80) but I don't think a shift boot should be even close to the same price, even if it is leather. I cant say if its real because no other stores I've seen carry it. I'll run a check on some japanese sites and get back to you.

Ok, I checked some sites and Mugen's home site, and no they don't make it. It's funny because now theyre making mugen valve cover knockoffs which I saw on Ebay too. These products actually look ok though, but I wonder what other people think. Maybe I'll put up a new post on this.
