A few weeks back I posted a message asking for help on a 2004 Caviler that would just die as we were driving down the highway. It seemed to work fine as long as the tank was full but as soon as it burn't off about 5-6 gallons of gas it would die while on the highway. Never would die in town at slower speeds.
I was truley puzzled as I always thought if a fuel pump was bad it was bad. Not to be.
Problem was solved as soon as we replaced the fuel pump. Plus it was not as hard of a job changing as I was told. A little time consuming but pretty easly done.
Thanks for all the input on my first thread and I just figuresd this may help someone else that may have the same problems.
