Tranny Chattering?

So about a week ago my transmission starts to make this noise when my foot wasn't on the clutch. The noise got louder and louder and now its faster with engine RMPs. It doesn't make any noise at all when my foot is on the clutch. What could it be, do you think?

Probably the throwout bearing(release bearing). Is it a whining sound?

No, its more of a clicking sound. In rapid succession. Almost as if something is vibrating.

Holy shit, i had that exact smae problem, i had my tranny checked by two guys, both my friends and they said that my GEARS WERE SHOT! i killed 1st and second, and reverse was starting to go bad too, and so i said Fuk it, and i picked up a ZC tranny with brand new gears and a Si final drive! and they work great, i got it for only 200 bucks too :) With the axels!
