ECM on a 1996 jimmy

Im looking for the ECM on my 1996 GMC Jimmy 4.3L vortec 4wd 4door. Its supposed to be on the passenger side inner fender well I think. Some clarification would be great. I need to find it as the white wire in a black plug on the ECM should be the negative ignition coil signal. I need to find this wire or another wire with this signal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Look under the rad overflow coolant tank on right fender well.
