Goto Macromedia and download it again. There's a IE flash player there. If not, uninstall IE7 and reinstall it then

If that dosn't work, try it in Firefox. You will need to install the Flash plugin though separately from the IE version.

The new IE7 is alot more secure than the old 6, and it also has tabs like FireFox does, and some other new stuff. I really like the new IE7.

That's debatable, but it sure is less prone to spyware and such.
I absolutely hate IE7, but I like IE6 and still use it when something won't work in Firefox.

Try Opera www.opera.com its very popular web brower, and its compatible with Flash player.

Did you uninstall the flash plugin when you installed IE7? You have to do that to for best results.
Opera sucks balls IMO.
IE7 is secure. You guys worry too much. People are always surprized when they find out I have NO spyware/adware/virus protection on my computers. Don't need it bc I have firewalls, IE IS secure, and I write my own software/patches to help.
