I did a search and the way things are sounding, i'm thinking its the multi function switch... But I figuired i'd ask anyway...
Signals and hazards went out at the same time... Wipers/ sprayer and brake lights are fine... Any thing else it could be before I buy a MFS???
EDIT: Is there anything I could fix on the current switch myself, or is replacing my best option??

Could be the flasher itself went bad. If that doesnt work check fuses and try cleaning the contacts in the MFS,

I thought they had seperate flashers?
I was going down the street, smacking the steering column... The hazards worked until I tured them off, then nothing... On my way back home, everthing works... hmmm this sucks!!!

I have owned a Thunderbird since I was 16 different ones of course. I have multiple times changed the mfs and once the flasher. The flasher in the 90's models is behind the guage cluster and a little time consumming to get at so I would say try the mfs first. Regardless of whether it is that or not you are going to be needing it anyway if you are going to have the car a little while, they all go. I also suggest getting the switch from Ford, because then you will get the warenty which I have had to use. As for your other question we can not buy the components to repair the existing switch although it does look fixable. Hope that helps.

I lost a few different functions on mine before and I replaced the switch with a used one on ebay for $20 and everything works now. It took all of about 20 mins to replace too.

Well as of right now everything is workin, without touching a thing..
Although a few days ago, my front driver side signal was out, and the switch would just click... I'd turn it off, then back on, and it was fine....
For now I'm not gonna touch anything because its 10 degrees out(-10 wind chill)... So I'll just see what happens
Thanks for the replies!!
