lock problem

i got a 96 civic and ive gone through the car wash a few times and the power locks work fine. but then the next morning when i go to open it my driver side door wont unlock but passenger will. i cant even manually push pull open the unlock lever it'll move but wont unlock the door. its only happened the days after car washes. so im not exactly sure whats going on. im assuming water is freezing something up. but idk.

It's most probable that it just froze, my locks too were frozen this mornin...thank god i had lock de-icer lol :P
