I'm bored enough to finally try to tackle finding a replacement for my burnt halos. Anybody mind directing me to website that I can order new ones? They're the curved one's, I'm sure you guys know what they look like.

Anyways, thats not my question, this is. I got some LED's from a friend of mine off his Golf. Standard looking LED's and everything, I was going to try to solder them into the wiring that control the halos. My question is, I'm gonna solder in a resistor too, but I'm sure the resistor needs to go into the negative or positive wire. Any help is appreciated.

Yea, I've never been able to find a straight answer besides people making their own setup.

New head lights is the only way to replace the halos, and in the future make sure you put a inline fuse in there to solve your problems.

There's a tech article on tuners on how to replace them, I'll see if I can find it.

the resister goes on the postive side of the led. The longer leg is the positive side.
