Fujimi Gallardo side windows problem

Hi guys,

I have some problems trying to fit the side windows on the Gallardo. I am not really sure how to glue the small black pieces near the end of the side windows, because there is always seems to be a gap.

And for the side windows, do I need to glue them, because there is not a lot of places to put glue, it's like if its suppose to fit tight, but I don't know where to fit them, should they be in front or behind of the kind of peak of the doors?

If someone got pictures of these parts and their installations, can you help me please? The rest of the car is great, only those pieces cause me problems.
