Wow, I just put a set of these (P225-60-16H) on my 98 Riv and they are awesome! A huge difference in off the line grip than my ol' Michelin Symetrys, and they handle the snow and ice here very well. At $105 ea. installed I am very happy!:)

They do ride a little more firm than the Mich's as they are a HiPerf all-season, and they have higher PSI rating as well. 44 PSI max, and I'm running them at 38. Very quiet and smooth though...

They got their first test off the line against a little Cobalt SS that was toying with me the other morning! He burns away from the first stoplight as I sat there sipping my coffee. The next light I disabled the traction control as I pulled up. Then I hammered it on green! I launched, beating him off the line, but he was gaining on me after a block or so when he suddenly shut it down. I thought... Oh crap, there's probably a cop, but there wasn't any. The SS needed to turn at the next block, so he backed off. Man those little super-charged 4-bangers are fast! :)

I also put on the Traction TA's this winter. GREAT upgrade from the old Yokohama Avids that were on when I bought it last summer. I paid about $10 more per tire than you did, including some nice chrome valves stems. They were hard to come by in Fargo, I called 5 dealers before I found Sears had TA's in stock.
