goe storm question

i have a 92 goe storm 1.6 liter. having some problems with the throttle it ideals at 500 rpm and 1 step on the gas and it boggs down seems like it is flooding strong gas fumes, and no power what so ever. i checked and replaced throttle position sensor did not help. please give any info you have and thanks for your help.

If you are mechanically inclined pull your fuel rail and clean out your fuel injectors. that sounds like the problem. otherwise replace your fuel filter and get your fuel pump checked.
