SS vs Eclipse

not to up to date on my DSMs, but last night i had a small run in with an Eclipse, the turbo one, not sure if it was AWD or not.

Its friday night and im taking the little woman out to dinner. First we want to head to chillis for a burger, on the eay some girl in here daddys F150 4x4 is beeping at me trying to race, the girl was kinda cute, but she had a guy in the passenger seat, and my GF was in the car, so i just ignored her. I would have anyways, but when the girls around you need to pay extra attention to what you do. So i just dropped it into second and flew away. She tried to follow but no luck.

So i notice the truck is driving down the same roads as me, finally it pulls into chillis just like we were. We go inside and i see the girl and the guy standing in line waitng. She looks at me, i just smirk and walk on past. Anways the wait was like 45 mins so we decide to go else where. RedRobin sounded good for aburger, damn i love that Royal Red Robin burger, eggs and bacon on a cheese burger is just amazing.

Anways i let my gf off at the door and go find a place to park because its pretty cold outside, about 10F or so. I have to park and the near back of the parking lot because they are kinda bussy too, but only had about a 5 minute wait. I get to the back and see a dropped, CF extractor hood, rims, gauge pod, GSR sticker on it and so forth. Looked pretty decent. Well i park next to it cause its the next closest parking spot to the building, which is still like a good 300 feet from the building. As im sprinting to the car after we eat to avoid the cold, i see the GSR driving away with the male driver. Get in the car, pick my gf and and im turning onto traffic i see the GSR i was parked next to ahead of me. I notice he slows down so hes even with me. Im sitting in 2nd at around 3,000 RPMS the sweet spot. He gives it a couple of blips of the throttle, so i punch it. Not sure if i took him offguard, but from about 30-65 MPH i put a good 2 cars on him. I get over to turn onto a more isolated road, him behind me, but he doesnt follow.

So i head home, i kinda wanted to stay out and race, but it was getting late and we had some movies from block buster to watch. There were a ton of fast cars out though last night, crappy wheather all month, finally a break in the snow and everyone was out.

So what exactly is a GSR? Are you refering to an Integra, you just say I get to the back and see a dropped, CF extractor hood, rims, gauge pod, GSR sticker on it and so forth., but you don't mention what kind of car the stickers and hood and what nots are attached to.

maybe by GSR he means GS-T, in which case it would be a FWD Eclipse.

Red Robin is my favorite burger joint. It's cheap with good serivce as long as it's not to crowded.
