I don't know about your breath unless you're kissing the person. I know it will get in your clothes and hair though. Every time I go to my one friend's house who chain smokes I come home and have to change clothes. Yeah, even after smoking myself for 12 years it is difficult to handle...

I don't think it would make your breath smell bad, unless your actually breathing it in, otherwise I'm not sure either. I hate it when my mom smokes because I hate that smell.

The clothes does not smell, the hair does not smell, but the breath smells alot. Did the person smoke him/herself, or is it possible that there was simply another person standing afew feet away smoking?

Worried that someone you know might be smoking?

No way you can stand next to someone who is smoking and get the smell on your breath but not in your hair and clothes. I've ridden in a car with a guy who was smoking...closed windows...4 hour car ride. The smell was in my hair, in my clothes, hell it was in my skin, but not on my breath.

no it doesn't. hair and clothes, yes. breath, no. atleast not that i've noticed. I'd always be outside with people smoking, and I'd out with them for a while. my ex never complained, but when I smoked, she did. That's why i always had those listerine stirps with me.

You aren't going to get cigarette breath without actually smoking. Otherwise, like everyone else said, everything else about you will smell, but not your breath.

That, or the person on whom you are doing recon ate an ashtray... or had chewing tobacco.

or smoked in the wind.

when i used to smoke and it was windy, the wind could blow the smoke away from you so your hair/clothes didn't smell, but your breath did.
