What kinda Oil youz guyz use?

I use castrol part synthetic 10w-30 because thats what the previous owners used and the car runs perfect. ive been considering fully synthetic for my next oil change though.

I use Mobil 1 10w-30 synthetic. Btw, anyone know if quaker state makes a synthetic oil? I ask because last time i went to juffy lube to get it changed and I asked for synthetic and they said they would use quaker state, but I can find any synthetic quaker at any stores. I just hope they didnt screw me over. Anyways now I change my own oil and I changed it on Tuesday and i noticed a rise in my oil pressure:), but i dont know if its just cause of the new oil or because the other oil actually wasnt synthetic. Not that it really matters im just happy it went up.

Mobile one synthetic. Normally 5w30, sometimes 0w-40

ditto, its a thicker oil. The people that I know who use it haven't spun a bearing yet.

+1 for the link that igovert500 gave. 10-30 (what I run on my SL) is perfect for regular NA motors, but anything boosted, 20-50 hands down (what I ran on my DSM).

(Tranny) Mobil 1 75W-90 Synthetic

'97 VR4 - (Engine) Mobil 1 20W-50 Synthetic (change @ 2k mi.)
(Tranny) Mobil 1 10W-30 Synthetic (change @ 5k mi.)
(Transfer Case) Mobil 1 75W-90 Synthetic (change @ 5k mi.)

'88 Firbird Formula 350 - Mobil1/Valvoline/Penzoil/Autozone 5w/10w-whatever lol (change @ 3k mi.)

You're running half synthetic on a turbo car? Just go full, its safer, you don't want gunk building up over time from the heat do you?. But if you change your oil every 1.5k then it doesn't matter if its convetional or synthetic.

No... It's the same as any other synthetic.
