painting bumpers?

Hey i bought a 90 civic cx and the bumpers arnt painted. Would i be able to paint the bumpers or would it just chip off?? Is there a special way u have to paint em? Help would be appreciated

Yeah you could paint them!
Make sure you prep the surface.
Use a 400grit sandpaper and wetsand the surface.
prime, paint, clear coat and your set!
There are also places where you can rent out a paint booth.
Around where i live it cost's $50 for 24 hours. That should be more than enough time.
You should also use a Automotive paint, anything else just might chip off and look like shit.
