Compatability question

GAh! I am fedup, what prevents a 98-02 Grille Guard from fitting a 92-97 (in this case a 93!)??? I see tons available for the latest gen but none for the previous? I thought from 92-on they're practically identical underneath!? Anyone have a suggestion as to where to see some good grille guards for a 93 in the U.S, specifically I'm looking for what the Europeans call an "A-Bar" comes up the center and has mounts for lights but doesn't wrap around. They've got tons in the UK for the older models, but it costs more to ship than the actual product($400 shipping alone!). The closest I've found is this :

The 76mm, I can find it on eBay, but to no avail its only for 98-02. I have been frustrated with this for quite some time, please help if ya kno anything... Thanks

Ya, thanks, I'm abit confused on this one though, cause the pic they show is clearly a 98-02, so they have a differently designed one for the 92-97? Also thats kinda more expensive, and its a wraparound type:frown:
