Transmision mounts

Has anyone replaced their transmision mounts before? I have a 88 325, and when im accelerating going into 2nd gear (automatic) the transmision starts to shake and rattle--then goes away going into 3rd gear--is it hard to change? does anyone have (diagram) something i can print out and look at while i attemp to change them?
