97 540i...O2 sensor bypass?

My CAT just went bad...and I really don't want to pay 1600 for a new one...that and I kinda want to start down the performance road.
I'm going to get my CAT blown out, but I don't want the check engine light on all the time. Where can I get those things that bypass the o2 sensors? I found some generic ones on ebay, but I was hoping to find something specifically for this car, or at least something more reputable than ebay.
Any suggestions?
