Are you talking about the JDm SiR style headlights?
You will need the bumper, bonnet, radiator support panel and of course the headlights themselves. :)

The 90-91 EF8/9 CR-X/Civic SiRs operated off of an electronic Vehicle Speed Sensor. You will need to obtain the electronic VSS off of a Y1 trans (i believe that the XSi/RSi's S1 and J1 use a mechanical VSS....correct me if im wrong). You then remove your VSS from your current trans, take it appart, and keep the gear that goes into your trans. Then take apart the electronic SiR one, and remove the gear. Mate the gear from your trans to the Electronic SiR VSS top, and plug it into your trans. Then you have to plug it in - you might need the SiR wiring harness to get the plug for the VSS. Anyways, the SiR cluster reads out in kilometers....kilometers dont mean a damn thing to me....so I probably wouldn't care if i didn't have a speedometer that read in kms only. I would care if my VTEC didn't engage because the ECU wasn't receiving a signal from my VSS. What motor are you running in your car, anyways? B16? just curious why you have the SiR cluster. Oh, and i thought that if you have an 88-89, you have to make an adapter to make the SiR cluster (90-91) work. the 88-89 and the 90-91 cluster surrounds are different shapes...anyways just curious how you are gonna make that work. sorry to be long :)
