Pro Kits or Coil Overs?

I have been going back and forth trying to decide to get Eibach Pro Kits or Ground Control Coilovers.
If I get Pro Kits, that's $200 for springs, $300 for struts, and about another $200 for camber kits, so about $700.
I read today that coilovers actually INCLUDE struts, so I wouldn't have to buy new ones, cuz they come with them. If that is the case I can jsut shell out $300 for the coilovers and then $200 for the camber kits, and save $200, than if I were buying struts too.
My first question is, is this true? If I get coilovers do I not have to replace the struts, cuz they come with them?
And also for those of you who have ridden on GC Coilovers, how is the ride?
I have a 96 civic and I want less body roll, about a 1.5-2" drop, and a ride that is tolerable to drive. Please provide em with some info. Thanks.

ok, i been doing some researching....
apparently i can use these with stock struts without having to replace them, or I can add aftermarket struts.
And GC's are great coilovers and not too bouncy. I don't want em bouncy. I want to be able to have a comfy ride down to San Diego when I drive down there.
Do I have it about right?

if u get ANY coilsleevs- Your goin to want Aftermarket struts/shocks.. -- tha bouncy-ness is more from tha Rebound of tha shocks/struts..
U want your suspension to be as stiff as possible..
