95 merc bad htr core

hell oto all i have a 95 merc grand marQuis....the heater core is bad any ideas for getting that thing out of there other than getting the whole dash off?...any help would be great thankyou.

With Fords, you generally have to loosen or pull the dash. Do you have a repair manual?
