I didn't notice Power Acoustik on any of the line ups in the newb thread. How do you guys feel about their products?

yes. because paperweights shouldn't cost that much.

But like paul said low quality and its not worth it to get something that wont perform where it should.

I've actually been rather impressed with some of their equipment so far (SBX series woofers). Paul thanks for a real answer to my question. If you guys feel so stongly against it I think it should be put on your list of what not to buy then.

I have some components of theirs and they are crap. Get something else.

Had an amp from them and went into protection 9298432 times.

Lets see you want something that justifies my response.

Ive had an amp of theres and like alphalanos said, mine never operated for more than an hour before it went into protect. Ive had 4" speakers and 4x6" speakers, and they sounded like muffled ass. Hooked up a friends mofo to what was about half of there rated rms and blew it with no effort. Overall there gothic amps are decent but thats at best they might rank with the likes of legacy, pyle, pyramid and sony. Anything can be impressive as far as bass output, but longetivity of woofer life, quality and overall performance is where everything gets interesting.

Theres alot of brands that never made it to the list, but i think we need to weed through that section and update some things.

yea it should. it also should divid the companys into sql companys and spl companys
