did you check your fuel pump relay? Located under the passenger side glove box. There is a reset button. Hope this helps

Sorry about reviving a 6 year old thread, but what was the problem with your Expedition. I'm looking at a navigator that's been sitting for almost 2 years (parked due to suspension problems) and now it turns over strong, but won't start.

What year Navigator? I suggest climbing under and having someone click the key to the on position (not trying to turn over) and listen for the fuel pump to engage and charge the system as a first step.
Two years is kinda iffy for the fuel to still be good, but I've had cars sit longer that still started. Might need to empty the tank and get a new fuel filter as a starting point. The reason I ask for year is that there is a problem with the fuel control module rotting out 04' - 07'. It is aluminum and mounted on a steel rear frame section. The two differing metals cause the aluminum to erode away exposing the electronics inside.

Thanks for the reply. It is a 99, 32 valve. When I am able to look at it I will take my fuel pressure tester.
