93 HB timing chain replacement

I have replaced my timing chain and have buttoned up everything. the motor cranks up fine but when i press the gas pedal it doesnt rev up like it should. if i try to pull a slight hill it dies as if it has no torque. could this be my spark advance isnt working correctly? if not what?

if you are sure that the timing chain was installed correctly check the oil pump timing,
the oil pump shaft should always be checked twice when setting it for the first time...
