o2 sensor/exhaust problems!!!

I have an 06 silverado ss i want to move my o2 sensor (the ones by the cats) so i can put some exhaust cutouts before the cats and run a real open pipe. but if the exhaust cutouts are before my cats that o2 sensor want read any exhaust while the cutouts are open, so will this take power from me?? if you know or have some type of an idea let me know please!!!

Keep all extra stuff like that behind the cats and 02 sensors and you will not have 02 sensor problems. And a lot less other problems.
