Well I spent almost 400$ to fix factory alarm from going off and now its back again. Sensor in door was problem? Question
1. Can I just disable it so I can lock car
2. Can I just do a aftermarket install or would the factory problem affect the
Viper alarm or similiar brand

I would recommend installing a clifford or prestige alarm. i've had both of these before and they both worked great. your installer can dis-engage (if thats a word) your factory alarm and install the new alarm to work with your locks, auto start, etc...
