ghia horn problem

I just bought a 73 ghia that I love , but when I tried to install a new horn still nothing. The relay up by the horn clicks when you turn on key and hit horn button, but still no horn, I have a wire running from behind dash out of a cluster of wires to horn, and another from the relay. Is this correct? this is just how it was hooked up to begin with. And if you couldn't tell I really don't know what I'm doing. SOmeone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks!
