Engine Oil Cooler Hoses

Hi All,
Been gone for a while, but now I have a question...
Bought a brand new Xterra 4 X 4, but kept the '97 S-10, since it has been a great little truck for us and we just barely turned 90K on it.
The other day, I noticed a small spot under the front of the truck, but way up near the bumper. I looked under it and noticed that there are two crimped hose assemblies, part steel tubing and part rubber hoses. I assumed these were transmission oil cooling lines.
So I went to the Chevy dealer, and he told me these are actually engine oil cooling lines and the whole assembly comes as a single unit for 118 dollars.
Question: Has anyone replaced these before, and if so, how hard is it?? It looks like the assembly bolts to the engine with one bolt, but the other end has some really funky-looking connectors.
Please advise and I will see if I can help anyone else with other problems...
Later..

Very common problem with lines leaking over time. I had to replace mine on my 2 wheel drive blazer. Cost was about $42 and took an hour to replace. There are several threads on here. Do a search.
