my Horn is DEAD!

I just got a car wash, then an hour later i try to use my horn and it makes like have a tone, then stops. Now when i hit the horn button all i hear is a Click in the dash or something.

Im assuming the car wash scewred me over. I checked my fuses, they r all good.

Can any1 tell me how hard it is to replace the horn? Im assuming its pretty easy. Any help would be great. Also, where in the engine is the horn located? Is it in a place where water could get to it?

I'm not sure where exactly the horn is located for a 94 civic. However, I do know that the horn for a 2k2 civic is located behind the front bumper near the driver's side.
