floor pan

I was wondering if any of you do know where i can finde a floor pan for my 1989 caprice. i have been looking for it all over the internet and can´t find it

Repro parts? Probably not - but you can obtain one from a junkyard. The good news here is that the same floor pan is used on all GM B-body cars built between 1977 and The End (1996). So, it doesn't have to be just for the '89.

I live in Iceland and there isn´t any junkyards here with cars like that so I guess I will have to make it :frown:

valurcaprice: nice looking car. for the floor pans i have made the repairs to my floor pans useing tin and poprivets with brush on under coating inside and out side for a water tight seal on my 80 caprice. on my 86 i used lite tin again and a mig welder on a low heat and went slow with the welding (be sure to remove all under lay, carpet, wires , ect that may burn) and then under coated both sides for a good seal and made sure the underlay and carpet were dry and put it back together. the size of your rust damage will determine the amount of work to do. both types of repair make good seals to keep out the water. these repairs have lasted six years + 463 hope this helps
