Well inside my hatch of my 95 talon its completely gutted besides the side panels. So i got the idea of maybe building a custom box for it. I have seen it in a few 2nd gens but i really dont kno much on how to build one basically the only thing i kno is to use mdf wood i beleive.I have all the right cutting tools and ect. I wanna make it for 2 12" subs. Does anyone have any suggestions, any ways on how to do this anything would help. Heres a random picture i got offline on how i want it to look just without the eclipse cymbal.

Mine kinda looks similar. I used a plasma cutter to cut out all the metal that held the spear tire in. Fiberglassed a box that followed the curves of the hole and then cut out a piece of wood that would fit the panels like the one in the pic. Fiberglasses the box to the wood, cut out a hole for 1 12 and then covered it in swede carpet.

It's probably more work than you're going to want to put into it to make the subs sound good. It's ALOT of fiberglass work, and also some 3/4" MDF board. Find as much info. as you can on fiberglassing sub boxes and then just go to town man.

I'm building one that will be somewhat similar to the 4g factory sub boxes. But mine will take up less hatch space than their design even...
