hesitation

I have a Buick Century 2000 with 81,000 miles
Going up long grades I note a hesitation, jerking
Any thoughts? I tried injector cleaner; no improvement

Low fuel pressure, bad plug, bad wire, weak injector, weak coil, slipping tcc all can cause this.

Im for fuel distribution.. or flow problems..

FUEL FILTER .. basically. Throttle opens TPS sensor sends longer pulses to the injector. Fuel pressure drops at that point of high demand.
