98 monte carlo intake

was wondering if it is neccesary to put new head gaskets on while in there doing an intake gasket. been told by some people to do the head gaskets as well. any suggestions please.

If there is no sign of coolant in the cylinders and it passes a compression test, you're wasting both time and money doing the head gaskets.

But if you've got the time and money, it wouldn't hurt a thing..
