Some questions from a car newbie...

Had a couple of questions on my CRX...
1 - How expensive is it to get an "underbody spoiler"? I already have one, but just in the front, oddly enough, and would like to get one for the entire body (I bought it that way...)
2 - Are chrome exhaust tips removable?
3 - Is it normal for the air conditioner to slow the car down a lot, when it's operating? :(
4 - When I start my car cold, when the engine catches, it sputters / shakes / hesitates for a second or two before really starting. Any idea what could cause this?
Thanks in advance.

first off wtf is a underbody spoiler ?
second why get a tip, get a catback exhaust for your car. dont get the fake thing, get the real thing. or if price is an issue, just buy a universal muffler and put that on.
third idk how much alot is, the ac does draw power from the car. but it shouldnt be alot. sounds like you got power loss from somewhere
fourth you should try and replace the fuel filter, put fuel injection cleaner in. see if that helps. also you might have a vaccum leak then that would cause loss of power so it would take longer to start. but start simple with a new fuel filter and injection cleaner. and if that doesnt work then post up again

"Underbody spoiler" is probably the wrong term for it...
But, I meant the trim strip that goes around the bottom edge of the car.
I'll try replacing the fuel filter. Thanx for the advice.

The Si's came with a bottom lip on the front spoiler, I'm going to assume that this is what you mean by "underbody spoiler"...
I believe that some of the JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) Si-R's came with a lip on the rear bumper, as well as along the sides... Apparently, aquiring these lips is pretty difficult, and would probably cost as much as getting a body-kit whose side-skirts would have a similar visual effect...
check out this site, there's ALOT of pics of 4th gen civic hatch-backs on it... See if any of them look like what you're after:
