just tell me what is wrong and not all of the mumbo jumbo i have already checked everything and i think it is in the drivers door switch!

likely motor,common problem for the windows.Easier to go down than up?then thats the problem.sometimes they can be cleaned and work a little longer,but look at replacing it.

If you don't want the "mumbo jumbo" that could steer you in the right direction, you have already checked everything, and you think it's the switch, then change the switch.........

I've had this problem on my 2001 Town and Country on both the driver's and passenger's side. It's the motor not the switch. The motor brushes get all gummed up. Just replace the motor assembly ($135).

Remove motor from door.
Take apart the motor, two screws, and blow brush debris out of the brushes.
So far so good after 4 months.
I did this on my 98 Grand Voyager.

If it is the motor you can get the whole motor/regulator package on ebay for less than $60 plus shipping and they work great.
